Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Rangune, operated by MadFish Solutions. Creating an account means you accept them.
The service
Rangune provides range operations software: booking, digital waivers, floor management, memberships, rentals and reporting. It is not a point-of-sale system, a firearms transfer record system, or a substitute for legal or regulatory advice.
Your account
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for what your staff accounts do under your tenant.
- You must be authorised to act for the business you register.
Trials, billing and cancellation
- Trials run for 14 days and require no card. We will not charge you at the end of a trial unless you choose a plan.
- Paid plans bill monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe.
- You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing; we do not pro-rate the period already paid for.
- We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice, and never mid-term.
Payments you take
Where you take customer payments through Stripe Connect, you are the merchant of record. Stripe's terms govern that relationship, Stripe's fees apply, and funds settle to your account. Rangune does not hold your funds and takes no percentage of your bookings.
Compliance is yours
You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your range, including firearms law, waiver enforceability, minimum age rules, insurance requirements and data protection obligations to your own customers. Rangune provides tools; it does not provide legal compliance.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, or to store data you have no right to hold. We may suspend an account that does.
Your data
Your data remains yours. You can export it at any time. If you close your account we handle it as described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available and secure but do not warrant uninterrupted operation. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in the admin at least 30 days before they take effect.
