Privacy Policy

This policy covers rangune.com and the Rangune platform, operated by MadFish Solutions ("Rangune", "we"). It explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

What we collect

• Account data — the name, email address, phone number and range details you give us when you create an account or contact us.
• Operational data — reservations, waivers, memberships, rentals and related records your range creates while using the platform.
• Technical data — IP address, browser and device information, and pages requested, recorded in server logs.

Who the data belongs to

For records your range creates in the platform — a shooter's waiver, a member's contact details — your range is the data controller and Rangune is the processor. We hold and secure that data on your behalf and act on your instructions. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to market to your customers.

How we use it

• To provide, secure and support the service.
• To send transactional messages: booking confirmations, waiver invitations, billing notices.
• To investigate abuse, fraud and technical faults.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are collected by Stripe and never stored on our servers. Where you take bookings through Stripe Connect, you are the merchant of record and Stripe's terms apply to that relationship directly.

Sharing

We share data only with the providers needed to run the service — hosting, email delivery and payment processing — and where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. Operational data is kept according to the retention window your range configures, subject to any minimum we must keep for legal or accounting reasons. Delete your account and we remove or anonymise your data within 90 days, except where a longer period is required.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can export your range's data to CSV at any time from the admin. If a shooter asks your range to remove their record, you can action that yourself, or ask us and we will help.

Cookies

This marketing site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. The platform sets a session cookie needed to keep you signed in.
